Buying or Selling Your Home in Barrie Ontario ?
Choose a local real estate agent you can trust . . .
"Don't leave the largest, most important transaction you will ever make to chance. Make it right - invest with Passion and Perseverance."
Real estate transactions aren't just about making money, they're about people. When the time comes to buy or sell a house or other investment property, there is no question that value is paramount. You need someone who can get inside your head, really take the time to listen to what you want and deliver exactly that.
And that's what "Harry from Barrie" does.
Hi, I'm Harry Magill, and I know once you make the decision to buy or sell your house, confusion and a sense of feeling overwhelmed can often kick in. There are so many things to consider, not the least of which is the multitude of listings in the newspapers and on the Internet. How can you possibly sort through the maze and make sense of what you see? You'll be going nowhere fast without a seasoned realtor by your side.
You see, I know there is more to life than four walls and a roof. Your life, your possessions, your memories and emotions are all part of the process of moving house. And I am more than a businessman just looking for a sale. I enjoy connecting with my clients on a personal level, and I'm passionate about making their real estate experience a positive and painless one. In fact, I'm so particular about it, that Beth from Barrie calls me "the Mike Holmes of real estate!"
I've been a successful Barrie realtor since 1973, so there's nothing that gets by me in our neck of the woods. I know every inch of Barrie and Simcoe County and thoroughly understand the ever-changing needs of buyers and sellers, plus you can be sure I'm always on top of the latest real estate market trends.
Giving back provides you with many rewards. They say a hundred fold. I know it is true. In 1998, I was honored to become a Director of the Women & Children's Shelter in Barrie, and 4 years ago, they asked me to be their Treasurer. It has been a most rewarding experience. I also sit on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and have been Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters Showcase Tour of Homes. If you are a volunteer, you know the feeling in your heart from helping those who are less fortunate. It is a feeling only those who give can feel.
Whether you're in the thinking stage or ready to roll, I'm here, ready to provide you with everything you need to know to make informed decisions at every step of your buying or selling process, seeing you through to a resounding finish.
I invite you to explore the listings on this website, which are updated daily, and to call or email me any time with your questions (there is never a dumb question!).
Together we can make the home of your dreams a reality.
Best Regards. Harry Magill
